Hi beautiful souls reading this; my name is Gwyneth. I am a messy chaotic human who enjoys living life as play!

As a child of nature, everything I am I owe to my ancestors, spiraling back to the first protozoa. My journey honors all lives that came before and will come after me, walking with the cosmic heartbeat that nourishes us all.

Outside of the studio, I work with those souls integrating into the timeline of now.

I am a certified permaculturist, yoga teacher, sound teacher, and reiki practitioner. I traveled to the end of the dirt road to see and learn again and again that we are here to BE the human experience. To slow down. Freedom and individual sovereignty grounded in integrity guide me. I have a bachelors degree in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies which has continued to expand as together we all awaken to our inner heart's song.
