Art is my most sacred practice. Yet I am a multifaceted interdimensional human as we all are. Living life in embodiment with personal truth is the greatest gift we can offer this earth. I have no solutions for others yet if you are interested in understanding and communicating with the subtle energies of the world we inhabit. Integrating fully into this human experience. I, Gwyneth, am here to hold space for this through my offerings. Through music, movement, sound, and subtle energetic work together we surrender into our highest versions of self. I am here to hold the space for you to come home to yourself, whatever that uniquely means to you. I have studied Kundalini yoga, hatha, asthanga, yin, sound healing, pranayama, prana and reiki healing, shamanic practices through the Yawanawa and Shipibo tribes. I have recieved my Munay Ki Rites from wisdom keepers of the Andean Cosmovision. A certified permaculturist, I am here to share all I have learned so that we all can walk together in peace on this marvelous blue planet we live on.

I access the subtle energetic body through the quantum field. Then through a series of modalites such as Reiki, and Sound therapy I help to move stagnant, or misflowing energy within your system. Leaving you lighter than when you came. We work together to create the session you personally need. I hold the space but the true work comes from you.
